The RUNI is starting to sail toward the goal of 150 members. Thanks are certainly all of you who avete sempre creduto nella nostra filosofia pur avendo assistito a qualche momento di difficoltà.
Il RUNI ha bisogno di tutti noi. E noi? Siamo sicuri di aver fatto abbastanza per il RUNI? Quanto tempo abbiamo dedicato per un progetto portato avanti del tutto gratuitamente e con grande dispendio di energia, oltre che di soldi, da alcuni colleghi?
Eppure basta poco. Quanti naturopati o studenti di naturopatia conoscete? Pensate cosa può accadere se cento iscritti riuscissero a coinvolgere anche solo dieci colleghi! Si arriverebbe nel giro di pochi giorni a mille iscritti!
Parlate del RUNI nelle sedi and in the most appropriate, for example when you hold training courses. And if you have a facebook group sent a message to its members for them to join this project. Send an e-mail to all your colleagues. After all it costs nothing.

Come è noto tempo fa alcune associazioni italiane di comune accordo hanno inviato, con spirito di dialogo, una mail interlocutoria ad alcune prestigiose accademie che avevano avviato dei percorsi formativi relativamente alla "naturopatia".
Non a caso abbiamo virgolettato il termine "naturopatia" per motivi che saranno ben evidenti tra poco.
Di fatto alla mail (inviata sia alle segreterie Didattiche delle suddette Università, both the associations organizing courses), never came no response.

La cosa più sconvolgente però non sta nel fatto che alla mail delle Associazioni non sia stata data risposta, la cosa veramente sconcertante è che, senza alcun rispetto dovuto a chi comunque ha cercato un dialogo, i firmatari della mail sono stati definiti in alcune sedi, " naturopati scarsamente orientati a cogliere un interesse a lungo termine e strettamente posizionati in difesa di specifici interessi ". All'inizio la cosa ci ha destato una certa indignazione, ma in realtà, a ben riflettere, non possiamo rammaricarcene più di tanto, perché di fatto non si riesce proprio a cogliere nulla di positivo in queste iniziative, nè in questo momento e né per il futuro, ed è vero in fondo che, da parte di noi, "naturopati poco orientati", c'è veramente uno specifico interesse: quello della tutela della dignità della Naturopatia come disciplina e dei Naturopati come professionisti. Non smetteremo infatti di sostenere con fermezza che, benchè sbandierate come il luminoso futuro della Naturopatia, queste iniziative non aiutano per nulla la definizione della Naturopatia come disciplina, ma anzi la relegano a cenerentola in un panorama europeo dove la formazione sta assumendo sempre di più i contorni di una laurea magistrale, con un percorso quadriennale, per non parlare poi delle recenti esperienze francesi improntante sul riconoscimento dei "crediti professionali". Come può allora non essere definita "equivoca" una formazione di un solo anno, destinato, among other things, to graduates who have nothing to health? E le proporzioni non ci appaiono equilibrate. Concludiamo questo nostro contributo con una nota di costernazione: in una delle ultime esternazioni alle associazioni firmatarie della mail è stato indirizzato uno "sberleffo". Forse è uno sberleffo nobile perché inviato da un cattedratico, al quale tuttavia vorremmo ricordare che We are not kindergarten and that these jeers are offensive, not so much against the associations, but especially against those who represent these groups: professionals who work hard every day without recognition. come Vi abbiamo anticipato nella scorsa newsletter, anche l’Università di Perugia ha organizzato un master in “naturopatia”. Consentiteci il virgolettato, lo capirete quando leggerete la nostra lettera.
Il 29 settembre 2009 abbiamo ricevuto l’e-mail che segue:
“L’università degli studi di Perugia, in collaborazione con C.I.P.P.S.U. (Centro Internazionale di Psicologia Psicoterapia Scienze Umane, Napoli ) ed A.I.E.S. (Associazione Italiana di Educazione Sanitaria, Massa Carrara) ha istituito per l’anno accademico 2009/2010 un master in: Promozione della Salute ed Educazione Sanitaria ad Indirizzo Naturopatico e Musicologico. Il Master si rivolge ai laureati del vecchio ordinamento o laurea specialistica in Medicina e Chirurgia, Psicologia, Sociologia, Scienze Biologiche, Scienze dell’Educazione, nonché ai professionisti sanitari in possesso della Laurea di I° livello delle classi delle professioni sanitarie o di titolo equipollente. "Dear CIPPSU,
receive and carefully read the brochure the Master degree in Health Education to address musicological and Naturopathy. " While appreciating the laudable initiative, we can not dwell on some concerns that we have learned to read the brochure:
1. We do not understand how one can associate the musicology to naturopathy (which are known to be two completely separate areas) and we wonder which particular skills can often have a professional master of this year (read that has exactly 60 credits). What will become of the students at the end of this master?
a. A naturopath? (No seriously it takes to become a naturopath at least three years of study, and the latest guidelines of the schools qualified, four)
b. Un musicoterapeuta? (neanche perché una specializzazione seria in musicoterapia prevede anch’essa un percorso almeno triennale)
c. Un counselor? Leggiamo che tra le competenze finali ci dovrebbero essere testualmente queste abilità: dare risposta a bisogni di: a) maturazione di scelte scolastico formative come supporto al superamento del disagio scolastico nel rispetto delle attese della persona (counseling psico orientativo); b) maturazione di progetti professionali come supporto a scelte sanitarie di aziende pubbliche, private, istituzionali (counseling socio-sanitario); c) assistenza e cura di persone affette da disturbi incompatibili con la farmacopea ordinaria (counseling clinical). durante il periodo estivo alcune università italiane hanno organized master in naturopathy. Among these are La Sapienza of Rome and the University of Perugia. The vast majority of naturopaths Italian and the biggest representation of naturopathy with awe to the evolution of these events. The following statement was drafted and signed by the signatory associations and sent to the secretariat of the master's degree in naturopathy at La Sapienza University of Rome organized. In the next newsletter we will give you news of the master held at the University of Perugia.

"THE ITALIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE UNITED Naturopathy The affirmation of the dignity 'EPISTEMOLOGY OF THE SYSTEM!
The most representative association of naturopathy in Italy, have joined in signing a statement that takes position on the "Master's Degree in Naturopathy", organized by the University "La Sapienza" of Rome and also in relation to all " courses "made by other Italian universities. This position does not want to be polemic against the universities that goes all the respect for the dignity of the academic associations and university research, but just want to stress once again, the lack of synergy between academia, educational institutions and the reality and professional in the absence of laws and regulations for decades, and until now has operated on the ground, with dignity, professionalism and accuracy training. Always ready for dialogue and hope that we can find common strategies for the route, however, these associations, for the moment, do not feel that the educational system of the Master is appropriate for the proper and complete training of professionals who work within Naturopaths health. learn the "new" Master of Naturopathy "that the University" La Sapienza " initiated for the next academic year 2009/2010. While we appreciate the laudable initiative of the historic Roman University, alas, there it ignites a series of reflections in the eyes of many might be improper, but in the eyes of those who, for some time, in a loud voice, seeking recognition of their professionalism and obvious appear obsolete. We are obliged first to put an immediate first underscore: the master (all Italian misnomer but is now commonly used for post-graduate) is usually a specialization for those who have a degree of industry and are divided into the first level master (for holders of bachelor) and master's degree (for those who have achieved a degree instead). In Italy, despite the insistence of those who, long ago, is trying to rise to the dignity of this discipline, there is a "Degree in Naturopathy" (as exists in the countries cited by the band's official Master) and up to date, in spite of requests for interim, no vi ha mai posto seriamente orecchio. La Naturopatia, nel nostro paese, è stata sempre considerata terra di confine, fino ad essere assimilata ad una pratica tra il magico e il mistificatorio e quindi, poco degna di essere annoverata tra le discipline con dignità accademica. Oggi tuttavia, improvvisamente, qualcuno si ricorda che essa è "branca complementare che attraversa le discipline di base della medicina, anatomia, fisiologia, patologia ed altre (?) per permettere un interscambio comunicativo efficace tra figure diverse della medicina accademica con quella complementare, esercitata da personale sanitario, nel rispetto ippocratico del ´primum non nocère´" e nel farlo ci si appella a risoluzioni dell'OMS che da sempre le Associazioni di Naturopatia richiamano a gran voce per il riconoscimento della loro professionalità.
Ma torniamo al "master". Essendo quest'ultimo una specializzazione o approfondimento post-laurea, se pure di singole tematiche, dovrebbe presupporre che esso sia riservato a coloro i quali hanno un percorso di studio inerente alla materia da "approfondire".
E non solo. Dovrebbe garantire una maggiore specificità di intervento in alcuni ambiti peculiari della disciplina in oggetto.
Non esistendo una Laurea in Naturopatia, ci si aspetta che quantomeno il Master tenga conto del fatto che in Italia operano migliaia di Naturopati e che quindi uno spazio sia riservato anche a loro o quantomeno che sia riservato esclusivamente a chi abbia competenze di base in ambito sanitario. But, what is our dismay when, upon reading the notice, we find a number of surprises:

Non esistendo una Laurea in Naturopatia, ci si aspetta che quantomeno il Master tenga conto del fatto che in Italia operano migliaia di Naturopati e che quindi uno spazio sia riservato anche a loro o quantomeno che sia riservato esclusivamente a chi abbia competenze di base in ambito sanitario. 1. Among the accredited degrees on admission, we find titles such as Agriculture, Forestry Science, Physics and Engineering. Degrees of respect, but to us (perhaps because ignorant medical practitioners without Master) seem very little "health". Just then a degree that it rotates around the area "scientific" to guarantee the professionalism of an operator of what are called foreign "Natural Therapies" and which also provide four-year academic courses? (No need to go far enough to observe the near Spain).
2. The Master has a duration of one year. Just as the authority of a University "La Sapienza" to establish that the formation of a naturopathic doctor is needed to route such a short study in contrast to all other countries in Europe?
3. As (always read the purpose) "urge (?) Provide a concise definition of naturopathy clinic west (?) In order to prevent it from being confused with other forms not consistent with the address of the scientific study universitario" ci pare interessante sapere quali sono queste "forme non coerenti con l'indirizzo dello studio scientifico" e, soprattutto, sulla base di quali criteri possono essere definite "non coerenti" dal momento che non è mai stato stabilito alcun parametro epistemologico ufficiale della Naturopatia quale disciplina?
Potremmo ancora citare a piene mani attingendo solo dalle finalità del bando e per ogni frase porre accanto una nota polemica, ma ne lasciamo la lettura e le relative considerazioni personali ad ognuno perché è pubblico. A chiusura di questa nota vorremmo solo ribadire e sintetizzare alcuni interessanti quesiti ai quali sicuramente nessuna figura ufficiale darà mai risposta:
1. 3. Why all private schools that for years seriously and qualifying courses three or four years, very much in line with European standards are seen to disregard those who have formed so far? The schools of naturopathy schools in Italy are not pirated, but respectable institutions that have long and loudly demanding a recognition of their profiles and the educational profile of the discipline. Why then, was not allowed access to master all those medical practitioners who have attained these securities that, until proven otherwise, no one has ever formally defined INVALID?
4. Why is the Course Director or its organizers saw no need to contact Trade Associations which, until proven otherwise, are representative of the reality of professionalism in the territory to finally establish a bridge of communication for Naturopathy serious, professional and scientific?
are questions that again will not be answered ignoring a professionalism that operates across time and with great satisfaction of the user that she is addressing. Once again it is disregarded and devalued the quality.
We want to attribute responsibility to the lack of listening to the institutions or to ignorance of the issue from the Academy? Or maybe more. Sometimes the responsibilities must be shared by the profession and probably there was a silence that needs to be broken today but in a loud voice, to avoid the risk of looking to the future with sadness, as an agronomist (with all due respect to the degree in Agronomy) ago Naturopath after a year of the Master, though provided by a state university.

Dear colleague,
we left a few months ago in a difficult period for the RUNI. In pochi hanno voluto lasciarci ma quasi tutti ci hanno spinti a continuare inviandoci e-mail con attestati di stima. Intanto le iscrizioni al Registro Unico dei Naturopati Italiani sono ripartite con grande successo ed abbiamo superato i cento iscritti. Nell'attesa il RUNI, ed il suo ente confederato (INAT), non sono stati a guardare, intraprendendo una serie di iniziative utili alla categoria che vi comunicheremo nelle prossime newsletter. Questo a conferma che il RUNI ha intrapreso la strada giusta.
Prima di proseguire è opportuno chiarire che le iscrizioni al RUNI sono sempre state gratuite e lo sono ancora. Doveroso chiarimento per evitare fraintendimenti.
L'iniziativa del RUNI è molto importante per dare un segnale di unità forte in un panorama, quello dela naturopatia italiana, sempre in preda a forti disgregazioni.
Confrontandosi quotidianamente con i nostri colleghi capita spesso di vedere come la nostra categoria professionale sia così poco unita proprio nel suo interno. Scuole che lottano per imporre il proprio monte ore o peggio ancora il proprio percorso di studi. Titolari di scuole che rivendicano il ruolo di fondatori della naturopatia italiana. Come se non bastasse le scuole si confederano per creare appunto federazioni professionali che quindi sono composte da titolari di scuole di naturopatia. In Italia abbiamo almeno sette federazioni di categoria al servizio dei naturopati. Ognuna col proprio registro. Ognuna contro o a favore di discutibili certificazioni di qualità per il naturopata. A nostro personale avviso in Italia non esiste la naturopatia ma le naturopatie. Non si arriva lontano con questa prerogativa di gestione delle cose.
Ci lamentiamo che i medici si stanno impadronendo di tutte le tecniche naturopatiche però non facciamo nulla per riprenderci la nostra dignità: il master dell'Università La Sapienza di Roma è un esempio. Nei proclami dei suoi organizzatori l'ipocrisia regna sovrana, viene sbandierata una nuova strada per il futuro della naturopatia italiana, ma di fatto i naturopati attualmente non sono ammessi a questo master. Non solo: viene detto che questa iniziativa vuole essere un ponte con le scuole di naturopatia esistenti, ma le stesse vengono denigrate dagli stessi organizzatori del master. Prima di proseguire è opportuno chiarire che le iscrizioni al RUNI sono sempre state gratuite e lo sono ancora. Doveroso chiarimento per evitare fraintendimenti.
L'iniziativa del RUNI è molto importante per dare un segnale di unità forte in un panorama, quello dela naturopatia italiana, sempre in preda a forti disgregazioni.
Confrontandosi quotidianamente con i nostri colleghi capita spesso di vedere come la nostra categoria professionale sia così poco unita proprio nel suo interno. Scuole che lottano per imporre il proprio monte ore o peggio ancora il proprio percorso di studi. Titolari di scuole che rivendicano il ruolo di fondatori della naturopatia italiana. Come se non bastasse le scuole si confederano per creare appunto federazioni professionali che quindi sono composte da titolari di scuole di naturopatia. In Italia abbiamo almeno sette federazioni di categoria al servizio dei naturopati. Ognuna col proprio registro. Ognuna contro o a favore di discutibili certificazioni di qualità per il naturopata. LA SANITA’ IN CAMPANIA
La sanità in Campania è al collasso. Vi è una carenza di infermieri nei vari nosocomi e il grave vuoto di organico implica il ricorso giornaliero al lavoro straordinario , il tutto a discapito della qualità delle prestazioni e quindi dell’utenza degli stessi nosocomi campani.
La causa di ciò è data dalla delibera di giunta regionale della Campania n 514/2007 che prohibits the transfer of nurses and health workers inter-and extra-regional.

E’ necessario quindi provvedere a rimuovere al più presto tale situazione attraverso la stabilizzazione dei precari e attraverso il ricorso alla mobilità interregionale .
LA SANITA’ A CAVA
In relazione poi al territorio di Cava de’ Tirreni la situazione certamente è altrettanto precaria, priva di sviluppi futuri, proprio a causa del nuovo piano ospedaliero.
A Cava si paga dazio rispetto ad una struttura, quella ospedaliera originaria, che risale ormai a molti anni fa e che quindi per quella che è la conformazione , anche se mutata nel tempo, non si presta a sviluppi futuri che comportino altresì un’efficienza nei servizi e nei costi per la collettività. Di chi la colpa ? non vi è stata una responsabilizzazione della politica tutta nella sua interezza rispetto a tale problematica; negli ultimi venti -quindici anni non si è posta in essere una seria programmazione sanitaria sul territorio e non si è avuto il necessario peso politico per far valere le ragioni della seconda città della provincia di Salerno per storia, importanza e numero di abitanti towards the region of Campania.

f) in numerose occasioni è stata più volte segnalata una scarsa qualità dei cibi che vengono somministrati ai pazienti

La struttura che ospita tale servizio è del tutto inadeguata, i locali sono veramente troppo piccoli
- non ci sono bagni per i pazienti
- non è rispettata la 626 sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro

In realtà la problematica è da analizzarsi secondo una diversa ottica più responsabile.
Ha ancora un senso in virtù dei tagli preannunciati e che prima o poi dovranno essere anche attuati a Salerno come in Campania il nuovo palazzo della sanità ? prima che lo stesso possa vedere concretamente luce nel frattempo si sarà ancora ulteriormente ridotto il numero dei servizi a vantaggio dei cavesi ? quale sarà quindi il suo reale utilizzo ? ai posteri l’ardua risposta .

GRAVAGNUOLO DEVE IMPUGNARE LA DELIBERA N 1205 DEL 30 DICEMBRE 2008 DELL’Asl Sa 1
I cittadini cavesi e della costiera amalfitana non possono essere gli utenti vittime indifese di scelte effettuate a tavolino.
Assoutenti attraverso l’Avv. Francesco Avagliano è stata quasi sempre presente alla conferenza dei sindaci dell’Asl e ha apprezzato lo spirito combattivo del sindaco Gravagnuolo a difesa della sanità cavese e costiera.
Pur riconoscendo al sindaco Gravagnuolo un impegno in favore dei cittadini utenti si reputa necessario ed imprescindibile impugnare detta delibera e comunque cercare di contrastare in ogni modo chi vuole affossare la sanità a Cava de’ Tirreni.
Bisogna lottare tutti uniti al di là di ogni colore politico, affinché il S. Maria dell’Olmo continui ad essere l’avamposto della salute pubblica, anche in virtù di tutto il personale medico e paramedico che vi presta servizio con spirito di sacrificio e abnegazione.
Non si può consentire in alcun modo che i poveri utenti della sanità cavese siano in balia di un incerto e grigio futuro.

L’associazione nazionale dei consumatori Assoutenti , riconosciuta dal competente Ministero e facente parte del Consiglio nazionale dei Consumatori, nella persona del Presidente provinciale di Salerno, Avv. Francesco Avagliano , dirama il seguente comunicato stampa
LA SANITA’ IN CAMPANIA
La sanità in Campania è al collasso. Vi è una carenza di infermieri nei vari nosocomi e il grave vuoto di organico implica il ricorso giornaliero al lavoro straordinario , il tutto a discapito della qualità delle prestazioni e quindi dell’utenza degli stessi nosocomi campani.
La causa di ciò è data dalla delibera di giunta regionale della Campania n 514/2007 che prohibits the transfer of nurses and health workers inter-and extra-regional.

E’ necessario quindi provvedere a rimuovere al più presto tale situazione attraverso la stabilizzazione dei precari e attraverso il ricorso alla mobilità interregionale .
LA SANITA’ A CAVA
In relazione poi al territorio di Cava de’ Tirreni la situazione certamente è altrettanto precaria, priva di sviluppi futuri, proprio a causa del nuovo piano ospedaliero.
A Cava si paga dazio rispetto ad una struttura, quella ospedaliera originaria, che risale ormai a molti anni fa e che quindi per quella che è la conformazione , anche se mutata nel tempo, non si presta a sviluppi futuri che comportino altresì un’efficienza nei servizi e nei costi per la collettività. Di chi la colpa ? non vi è stata una responsabilizzazione della politica tutta nella sua interezza rispetto a tale problematica; negli ultimi venti -quindici anni non si è posta in essere una seria programmazione sanitaria sul territorio e non si è avuto il necessario peso politico per far valere le ragioni della seconda città della provincia di Salerno per storia, importanza e numero di abitanti towards the region of Campania.

Ha ancora un senso in virtù dei tagli preannunciati e che prima o poi dovranno essere anche attuati a Salerno come in Campania il nuovo palazzo della sanità ? prima che lo stesso possa vedere concretamente luce nel frattempo si sarà ancora ulteriormente ridotto il numero dei servizi a vantaggio dei cavesi ? quale sarà quindi il suo reale utilizzo ? ai posteri l’ardua risposta .

I cittadini cavesi e della costiera amalfitana non possono essere gli utenti vittime indifese di scelte effettuate a tavolino.
Assoutenti attraverso l’Avv. Francesco Avagliano è stata quasi sempre presente alla conferenza dei sindaci dell’Asl e ha apprezzato lo spirito combattivo del sindaco Gravagnuolo a difesa della sanità cavese e costiera.
Pur riconoscendo al sindaco Gravagnuolo un impegno in favore dei cittadini utenti si reputa necessario ed imprescindibile impugnare detta delibera e comunque cercare di contrastare in ogni modo chi vuole affossare la sanità a Cava de’ Tirreni.
Bisogna lottare tutti uniti al di là di ogni colore politico, affinché il S. Maria dell’Olmo continui ad essere l’avamposto della salute pubblica, anche in virtù di tutto il personale medico e paramedico che vi presta servizio con spirito di sacrificio e abnegazione.
Non si può consentire in alcun modo che i poveri utenti della sanità cavese siano in balia di un incerto e grigio futuro.
